Job Vacancies as of September 5, 2013:

  • Finance Analyst

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluates financial condition by analyzing monthly, quarterly, annual operating information and consolidations
    • Identifies trends and recommend actions
    • Participates in the preparation of annual forecast and budget of the project
    • Reviews financial statements to ensure compliance with Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS) and proper recording of transactions versus budget
    • Prepares management reports

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
    • Should be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
    • With at least 2 years related work experience
    • Has good communication skills and highly analytical
    • Preferably with experience in Auditing or General Accounting
    • Willing to work long hours
    • Must be between 24 to 28 years old
  • Marketing Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Organizes events for in-house property consultants and brokers network group by monitoring and supervising the event proper and making sure that everything is in place
    • Conceptualizes and designs below-the-line marketing collaterals by providing design sets to choose from so that consumers have wider choice selections
    • Ensures that exhibit booths are installed in strategic locations and are properly manned to generate sales/income for the company
    • Coordinates with suppliers, contractors and agencies by monitoring and overseeing installations of different marketing collaterals to ensure that these are within company standards
    • Organizes site and property orientations for brokers and property consultants by scheduling meetings and presentations to orient them on the ongoing developments of projects

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication Arts or any business-related course
    • With at least 5 years related work experience
    • Has above average written and oral communication skills
    • Preferably with experience working in real estate or advertising agency, but not required
    • Must be between 25 to 30 years old
  • Civil Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Implements maintenance and safety program in accordance to company standards
    • Assists the Property Officer in the preparation and implementation of operating expense budget and capital expenditures for short term and long term special projects.
    • Ensures that building rules and regulations are complied with at its best to provide uninterrupted service to the tenants
    • Ensures that all permits and licenses related to the operation of the building and its appurtenant equipment are secured and complied on time
    • Prepares periodic manpower schedule and ensure no interruption of technical services
    • Updates equipment history card where all parts replacement, preventive maintenance program, and cost analysis are recorded
    • Monitors activities and keeps records of preventive maintenance program conducted by vendors responsible for the upkeep of elevators, generator sets, cooling system, and other mechanical, electrical and electronic equipment.
    • Ensures that preventive maintenance program, operation schedules of building machinery are carried out by technicians in line with the energy and facilities efficiency program.

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Civil Engineering and is a Licensed Engineer
    • With at least 2 years related work experience in property management and/or construction
    • Male between 25 to 35 years old
  • Leasing Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Sources new lessees for vacant and/or soon-to-be-vacant spaces
    • Presents to potential tenants and provides all leasing information
    • Presents all leasing opportunities to the management and negotiates to meet the preferred terms

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    • With at least 4 years related work experience handling office/BPO and commercial property leasing
    • Has above average written and oral communication skills and is a good negotiator
    • Should have a good leasing network especially with property brokers
    • Must be between 26 to 30 years old
  • Refrigeration and Aircon Mechanic

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all building plants and ACU equipment and common area facilities while on duty
    • Ensures that all equipment are in good running condition and implements troubleshooting activities to rectify defects
    • Reports to Property Engineer any noted defects on the equipment, incidents, and action taken to rectify the matter
    • Operates and monitors operation of exhaust system, air conditioning and cooling system
    • Operates cooling tower and ensures that water level and all appurtenant to the air conditioning system are functioning well
    • Accomplishes daily equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance
    • Monitors preventive maintenance conducted by sub-contractors

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a 2-year Vocational Course in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
    • With at least 2 years related work experience
    • Must be between 25 to 35 years old
  • Sales Documentation Officer

    Responsibilities:

    • Handles the screening of sales documents and clearances of accounts prior to the endorsement of sales contracts to management
    • Manages the approval of accounts with special arrangements/requirements
    • Ensures that sales contracts are prepared and sent to the buyers in accordance to the prescribed timeline
    • Oversees the operations of sales documentation from preparation of sales contracts to releasing of titles

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
    • At least 4 years of working experience gained from the same industry is required for this position
    • Preferably with Accounting background but not required
    • Must be between 25 to 33 years old
